Because our puppies are born and raised in our home with exceptional care, premium nutrition, and regular veterinary oversight, we are proud to offer a comprehensive health guarantee that protects both you and your new companion. We believe that transparency and trust are the foundations of every successful adoption, and our guarantee reflects our unwavering commitment to the well-being of every puppy we place.
Genetic Health Coverage
We guarantee that your puppy is free from any life-altering or severe genetic conditions that may negatively impact their quality of life. Each puppy receives a thorough veterinary examination prior to leaving our care, and we provide documented health records from our licensed veterinarians. Should any serious hereditary condition arise within the first two years of your puppy’s life, we will work closely with you and your veterinarian to find a fair and compassionate resolution—which may include reimbursement of veterinary expenses or a replacement puppy, subject to the terms of our agreement.
Initial Veterinary Examination
Every puppy comes with a complete health certificate issued by our trusted veterinarian, confirming they are in excellent health at the time of adoption. We require that you take your new puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving them for a wellness check-up. This step ensures your puppy continues to thrive and allows you to establish a relationship with your own vet from day one. We are happy to coordinate with your veterinarian if any questions or concerns arise during this initial visit.
30-Day General Health Warranty
In addition to our genetic coverage, we provide a 30-day general health warranty from the date of adoption. This covers any unexpected, non-genetic health issues that may surface shortly after your puppy joins your family, giving you peace of mind during the crucial adjustment period. We want you to feel completely secure as you and your puppy settle into your new life together.
What This Guarantee Does Not Cover
While we are proud to offer robust protection, our guarantee does not cover minor, temporary conditions such as common parasites, mild upset stomachs, or stress-related responses that often occur during the transition to a new home. It also does not cover injuries resulting from accidents, neglect, improper nutrition, or lack of routine veterinary care. We are always available to offer guidance and support on proper puppy care to help you avoid these common issues.
